Alison Gaskin is Senior Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate Transactions practice group representing clients in all facets of transactional real estate. Known for her solutions-based legal approach and razor sharp attention to detail, Alison is a dedicated advocate for her clients. She is an expert negotiator who effectively navigates the stickier points and guides clients to the finish line with ease.
Alison attended Fordham University earning a B.A. in English with a minor in Philosophy. She received her law degree from New York Law School where she was a member of the Real Estate Law Student Association. Prior to joining Chaves Perlowitz Luftig, she practiced at a boutique real estate law firm for 8 years honing her advocacy and transactional skills.
Alison is admitted to the New York and New Jersey state bars. Having been selected for Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2016-2023, Alison is consistently rated a top real estate attorney in NYC.
Alison lives in Floral Park, New York with her two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, eating spicy food, and reading novels.
