Michael concentrates his practice on representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He has represented many of his clients in an array of real estate matters involving the ownership, leasing, conveyance, and financing of properties for commercial, retail, development, investment, or residential use across the country.

Michael is well versed with respect to contract negotiations and review of due diligence conducted on residential real estate transactions including review of offering plans, financial statements, co-op/condo board minutes.

In his free time, Michael loves to travel and spend time playing and watching sports. He is fluent in Portuguese.
