Peter Napolitano is a real estate attorney with over 25 years of residential and commercial experience. He has represented thousands of purchasers, and sellers of houses, condominiums, cooperative apartments, and commercial buildings throughout New York.

At Chaves Perlowitz Luftig LLP, Pete is proud to be a part of the transactional Real Estate team as well the residential Lending team., which conducts a successfully high volume of closings on behalf of many of the largest lenders in the US.

Before becoming one of the closing attorneys as Chaves Perlowitz Luftig LLP, Peter was Counsel to his father’s law firm for over two decades. He first began observing his father attend real estate closings nearly 25 years ago. Other areas of law he has practiced include: Chapter 7 bankruptcies, criminal law, family law, and landlord tenant law.

He is a graduate of Boston College (Carroll School of Management) and Fordham University School of Law. Born and raised in Oyster Bay, Peter enjoys spending his spare time with family and friends.
