Talita is a senior counsel of the Estates & Trusts team at CPL. Her practice focuses on advising high net worth clients and financial institutions in wealth and estate planning related to U.S. and foreign assets. For the past 8 years, she has been advising Latin American clients on legal compliance and tax implications related to their international investments and wealth structuring in the U.S. and Brazil.
Talita earned her LLM in Banking, Corporate, and Finance from Fordham Law School and earned her LLB from Universidade Catolica de Pernambuco.
